Project in planning involves:

• Ground floor front extension
• 2 storey rear extension
• Ground floor link extension
• Replacement windows throughout from UPVC to Aluminium
• Internal reconfiguration of ground floor & first floor layouts
• Ground floor external finish: smooth render
• First floor external finish: horizontal weatherboarding
• Flat roof finish: pressed metal fascias and soffits
• Pitched roof finish: roofing slates with clay ridge tiles

We are waiting for planning approval for the proposed extensions/reconfiguration. We will commence works on the building regulations drawings, building regulations notes and the working drawings, in the near future.

The local authority will issue the planning decision notice via e-mail to your architect/architectural designer.  The next stage after approval will be to move onto building regulations & working drawings stages.  This will involve more technical information & drawings that comply with the current approved building regulations documents.
