Application submitted – Waverley Borough Council

If you’re looking to expand your living space and enhance your home’s functionality, a two-storey extension could be the perfect solution. At Archetype Central, we recently designed and prepared the architectural drawings for anextension that showcases the benefits of our expert architectural services in Godalming and beyond.

Our client came to us with a clear vision: they needed more space to accommodate their growing family and modern lifestyle. The existing layout was restrictive, especially the small kitchen and the location of the bathroom on the ground floor. They wanted to create an open, functional, and comfortable environment — and we were excited to bring their ideas to life.

One of the major changes in this extension project was relocating the bathroom from downstairs to upstairs. This not only improved convenience but also freed up valuable space on the ground floor. We also reconfigured the first-floor layout to create a larger third bedroom — ideal for a growing child or as a comfortable guest room.

Archetype Central handled every element of the architectural design, ensuring that all drawings met planning requirements and captured the client’s vision. From the initial concept to the final, we provided complete architectural services in Godalming and beyond, supporting the project at every stage.  We submitted the planning application to Waverley Borough Council.
