We provide Surrey residential architecture services to local residents wanting to transform their home environment.  We are proudly client led; we intervene only when we think there might be an easier or more cost effective approach to achieving the outcome.  But we will never make changes without the client being on board first.

On this project, the client asked us to design a ground floor front extension, ground floor split rear extensions and an internal reconfiguration of the main house.  The extensions and reconfiguration have provided an office area and a wonderful kitchen/dining/family space.  Bifold doors have been included on the rear extension to maximise the amount of natural light spilling into the room.

Archetype Central prepared all drawings and submitted the planning application to Waverley Borough Council.  Once Waverley granted planning permission, we prepared the drawings for Building Regulations approval and then went on to produce the working drawings.
