We pride ourselves on our bespoke residential design solutions for properties of all shapes and sizes.  Our client came to us hoping to achieve an enlarged ground floor to improve the family living area.  The property is a mid terrace and therefore constrained on both sides.  No problem!

The new extension, complete with bifold doors to the rear, has provided so much more light into the living area.  This much larger living space has the sense of even more space with its vaulted ceiling, providing a clean and contemporary look.  We also moved a couple of internal walls around to create an enlarged kitched/diner area.  We achieved all of this under a Certificate of Lawfulness.

Archetype Central produced all the drawings and submitted the application to Waverley Borough Council for consideration.  Once Waverley had granted the Certificate, we moved on to preparing the drawings for Building Regulations approval.
