When Archetype Central took on this project for a loft conversion in Godalming, our brief was simple:  to create two new double bedrooms, one with an ensuite.  The client also asked us to reconfigure the layout on all floors.  As a growing family, the client needed more space and a more coherent layout.  We pride ourselves on our abilty to create space for families so that they can stay where they are and not have to move when their space becomes too small.

At ground floor level, the house now has an open plan kitchen dining room.  At first floor level, the home office has increased in size.  On the new second floor, we created two double bedrooms through the inclusion of front and rear dormer windows.  We also ensured that the new master bedroom had an ensuite.

Archetype Central prepared all drawings and the applications for submission to Waverley Borough Council.  We liaised with Waverley throughout the process to ensure that permission was granted.
