A Modern Makeover…

If you’ve gone along Home Farm Road in a car or on foot, the chances are that you’ve seen this house.  What  you might not know is that we designed the front and side extensions, along with the complete makeover of the house.

This project reimagined the entire layout, shifting from a dated house to one that is modern, welcoming and open-plan in designed.   The reconfiguration and the front and side extensions maximised the use of space, ensuring each room flowed seamlessly into the next.  Noting the dated appearance, we incorporated the rendering of the exterior to vastly improve the property’s curb appeal.

We designed a new driveway to improve access and egress.  We also designed in the demolition of the old, standalone garage and incorporated a new, integral garage into the existing footprint of the house; this not only made efficient use of space but also provided direct access to the house for convenience and security.

All architectural drawings for the project were prepared for the client and submitted to Waverley Borough Council by Archetype Central.  Our expertise ensured that every details was considered, resulting in a harmonious blend of style and practicality.  We designed the front and side extension to complement the original structure while introducing modern elements that elevated the overall look and feel of the property.
