The client approached Archetype Central to design extensions and alterations to their home.  Already a beautiful property, the client asked for more space for a growing family.  They chose us for our expertise in creative and modern design and they now enjoy oodles more space and light in their home.

To extend the house, Archetype Central designed the two storey side and ground floor rear extensions.  To maximise the space, we also designed a wonderful loft conversion and a garage conversion.

Downstairs, the property now boasts a generously sized entertainment area and a new kitchen area.  It also includes a family room, utility room and study.  Upstairs, the once three bedroomed house now has five bedrooms and the master has its own dressing area.  There is a new family bathroom.

Archetype Central produced the package of drawings for these extensions and alterations.  We submitted the application to Waverley Borough Council, who granted planning permission.  We think you’ll agree that the end result is fantastic!
