Knowing that we specialise in residential architecure in Elstead and its surrounds, our clients approached us with a brief:  to design a 2 storey side extension, a ground rear extension and internal reconfiguration to their much loved family home.  Our clients wanted us to create a more contemporary, open plan kitched and breakfast area, fit for modern living.  In doing this, we relocated the staircase to create a large new entrance hall.  At first floor level, the new front dormer window provides much needed natural light onto the landing.  We also enlarged the existing bathroom to form a new, modern bathroom with contempoary fittings.

Archetype Central Architectural & Planning Services produced all drawings and submitted the planning application to Waverley Borough Council for their consideration.  Waverley granted planning permission subject to a schedule of standard conditions.  We then moved on to the drawings for Buildings Regulations approval and secured this in no time at all!

When we visited to look at the finished build, we were blown away with what our clients had done to their home.  We think you’ll agree that it looks truly beautiful!
