Although we prodominantly deal with architectural design and planning in Godalming and surrounding areas, we do also cover further afield.  This project was a beast!  The client appointed us to design a new build development for 20 new, contemporary apartments and a snall commercial office unit.

Origianlly, the site consisted of a small car dealership.  This was demolished to make way for a four storey building, incorporating undercroft parking.  The resultant apartments vary in size, from the smaller units at first floor level, through to the fourth floor units with terracing.  These terraces provide an external space with some cracking views.  The building has been designed to meet all codes of sustainability and the layouts are of a contemporary design, fit for modern day living.

Archetype Central prepared all the drawings and submitted the application to The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.  We undertook all drawings for Buildings Regulation approval and for the working drawings.
