We hope, by now, that our company name comes up frequently when people ask for an architectural practice in Godalming.  We are so proud of the reputation we have built ourselves and hope that the company name is synonymous with good design.

Here, the client’s provided the brief to design a new two storey house to form part of a terrace. Now we LOVE a new-build.  We love conceiving new designs around client preference and this was no exception.

The project involved partial demolition of the existing house to provide the area for the new build footprint.

New builds are FUN.  We have a blank canvas to do with as we wish – as long as it’s acceptable in planning terms.  Now that’s the real challenge.  A sound understanding of local plannning policy ensures that we know precisely what is and what isn’t acceptable the planners.

On this one, we prepared all the drawings to Waverley Borough Council for their consideration.
